If an IS/IM meter is in use the user must restart the IS/IM Meter Server after the update is complete. The user is prompted to do so as well at the end of the installation
Endicia/Dazzle users – An international phone number must now be entered in the Dazzle application to process international mail. To do this launch Dazzle then click the Postage button, then click Options. Click the International Postage tab (if there is no International Postage tab look for a Sender Information tab). Click the OK button in the pop-up window (if one pops up), then enter a phone number in the phone number box then click OK and close out of the Dazzle application. **NOTE** - This is a requirement for using Endicia to print USPS postage.

Instructions
Insure that your software is eligible for the update. Check the Quick Details section of this document for eligibility information.
Verify that your product version is eligible for the update! To check, log-in to the G2 application and click on the Information button on the home screen. Compare the version number of your software with the eligible version of this update.
IMPORTANT: EXIT the G2 application BEFORE installing this update.
Download the update by clicking on the appropriate link on the website Download page. The update is provided in a ZIP as an alternate.
Place the .EXE Update file anywhere on the computer that runs the G2 software. If you downloaded the ZIP format, extract the EXE file from it.
Using Windows Explorer, double-click the .EXE Update file to run it. It will first verify that you are running an eligible version of G2 software. Follow the on-screen instructions. The update program will then install and update your system.
